How to Order and Payment Options ONLINE PAYMENT: We use PayPal to provide secure on-line payment processing. Please note that none of your credit card details will be passed to us. You can pay with your PayPal account (if you have one) or with a wide range of credit and debit cards.  Please note that you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to purchase with PayPal from this site. To complete your order please click on one of the 'Add to cart' or 'View Cart' buttons (which can be found on most of the Gallery pages) and then follow the steps indicated on the PayPal website. To pay by cheque, simply download an 'Order Form'. You can order large as well as small size prints using this order form. If you are unable to use PayPal, do not have a PayPal account or have trouble in downloading or opening the PDF order form, you can send your order in letter form along with a cheque drawn on a UK Bank Account for the total value of prints / cards required made payable to John Twinning to the contact address below. Please don't forget to include details of size, print title and quantity required, etc and also remember to keep a record of what you've orderd. back to top of page OPENING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT: Open a PayPal account: If you currently do not have a PayPal account, and want to open one, you can visit PayPal's website to set one up. PRINT SIGNING  Prints with a limited run are signed in the bottom right hand border underneath the picture, as in the example shown here. If you would prefer your print to be unsigned/ un-numbered, please make this known when you place your order.DELIVERY CHARGES : Standard items ordered from the site by either Paypal or with a cheque drawn on a UK bank account will be despatched to a UK mainland address without additional charge for carriage. If a bespoke order is placed which makes use of an additional service, such as print framing; an additional delivery charge may apply. In the case of production of a framed print, such additional charges will be agreed with the customer before work on their order commences. back to top of page DESPATCH TIMES : Items ordered with PayPal up to 14 days. Cheque payments up to 21 days. Molly - Portrait  Original - gouache on paper © John Twinning 2009 & 2010 This painting, which I've completed only very recently is of a beautiful golden retriever called Molly. Molly's owners saw one of my Tabatha prints on sale in a shop in Lichfield and asked me to paint their dog on the strength of this as they really liked the work.
